Shipping policy

Orders placed through Mark of Arieus are currently fulfilled directly by the seller. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted personally with your shipment details and tracking information.

Shipping automation is in active development and will be introduced with upcoming drops. Until then, expect a personal touch — we handle each order ourselves and make sure it gets to you.

Deliveries within the United States generally arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can extend delivery timelines beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of purchase, please get in touch with us directly and we will look into it immediately.
